    FAQ

    • How soon will I receive my products?
      • Your account manager will confirm this, but most deliveries are next working day. For Webshop orders deliveries are set to 1-2 working days, but again more than 90% of deliveries requested before 4:00 pm are received next working day.
    • Can I get my items faster?

      • Currently our fastest delivery service is next working day. However you can arrange to collect your goods from our Dutch warehouse yourself.
    • Am I allowed to buy privately?

      • No, unfortunately you are not allowed to buy privately. Xeptor only supplies to resellers of IT hardware.
    • Can I open a credit account?

      • Yes, in most cases. We will request companies to pay in advance for their first order. Afterwards building a credit relationship is almost always possible. Our standard payment terms are 14-30 days after invoicing. Please contact us on 08456 44 22 52 for more details.
    • Do you sell Grade A refurbished products?

      • Yes. Approved Selection is our high quality refurbished range. Xeptor consciously sells used products for two main reasons.
        • It makes standardisation possible for a longer period of time, saving our customers a lot of money and hassle.
        • Furthermore, the price is almost always significantly lower than the original price, saving you and your customer a lot of money.

    We make sure that the used computers, laptops, monitors, etc. mean a solid investment for you. The products are thoroughly tested both inside and out and can we supply up to five years of warranty.

    • Is leasing possible and for how long?

      • Yes, Xeptor offers different lease options. Leasing can be of use when you have large scale plans that you can afford, just not all at once. Together, in consultation, we decide upon the length and exact content of the contract.
    • What do the product codes mean?

      • On quotations, order confirmations and invoices you will find the Xeptor product number to the left of the description. The first seven digits of this product number refer to the model itself and the letter and number following refer to the product status. Please click here for more details.
    • Who is my account manager?

      • All our customers have an account manager, regardless of size. If you do not know who your account manager is, simply call us at our central number on: 08456 44 22 52 and we will put you through.
    • What does my account manager do?

      • Your personal account manager is your first direct contact for almost everything. Whether it is a simple question, a problem you want to consult us about or placing an order: your account manager will gladly help. Our people are trained to find effective solutions that suits you and your organization. We think with you, and always come up with the best solution for you and your customer.
