How Do You Request A Return?

Why are you requesting the return?

  • Faulty product under 30 days from invoice – If a product is DOA (dead on arrival), then for a lot of manufacturers this means you will need to contact them directly. When contacting them it is advisable that you request that the Manufacturer fixes the unit directly, this is in general the quickest solution. However if this is not possible and you still have the original packaging, then they will email a DOA authorisation form, which you can forward to us as authorisation of the return.   • Faulty product after 30 days from invoice – After 30 days the warranty is then covered by the Manufacturer directly for new products, details of how to contact them will be in your documentation. For refurbished or Approved Selection products we cover the warranty, to claim on your warranty Click Here (add link).
  • Unwanted item under 30 days from invoice – If you wish to return an item that is over £100 and there is no fault, we do still offer a returns service. Please ensure the item is unused and product is in its original packaging with all relevant parts included.   • Unwanted item after 30 days from invoice – Unfortunately we do not offer a returns service for these items.


What is the timescale for return?

Normally it takes between 5-7 working days to complete the return.
