The role & what we are looking for
We are currently seeking experienced account managers with personality and a passion for sales. The type of people who can demonstrate confidence, competency, ambition and flair. People who have a 'can do, just do it' attitude and who get the job done.

 You will be working in an ever-changing fast paced office for a multi-national IT distributor. It will be your responsibility to generate new customer contacts and to maintain and develop existing customer accounts. A large amount of your day will be spent on the phone developing relationships and closing deals, so good communiction skills really are a must. Previous IT Sales experience is desirable but not essential. Product knowledge is not the key to this role, but strong account management skils are critical. The working environment is a busy one, so the abilty to manage your own time and prioritise will also be necessary.

 This role can be exceptionally financially rewarding with an upcapped OTE against monthly targets. As the company is growing at a fast rate, there will be lots of scope for future progression.

 Your specific duties will include:
• Generation of new business leads to build your account base through cold calling
• Managing daily business with existing accounts
• Developing and retaining existing customer relationships to maximise profit potential
• Handling quotes, sales enquiries and orders and recording these in Navision 
• Keeping accurate and up to date customer information in Microsoft CRM
• Credit control on aged debts
• Assisting with creation of marketing materials and customer promotions

You will be office-based in Milton Keynes, but will also spend time visiting our headquarters in The Netherlands for training. You may also get the opportunity to attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions
